Vespa Cleveland
Bought a scooter for my girlfriend from Vespa Cleveland when I saw them at the Cleveland Motorcycle Show. Never met a more pleasant group of people doing what they love...The Tech guy Bob? Knew his stuff and THAT made me feel quite comfortable to bring my scooter there for service!! Brett the other Owner Manager is very hands off and encouraged me to take my time and make the right decision, totally unheard of in vehicle purchasing!!!! I hope to point some of my friends in that direction because this place is a jewell!!!! Nice job Vespa Cleveland!! |

The Good Guy's!!
Just purchased a new Vespa GTS from Brett at Vespa Cleveland. Went out for a ride on Easter Sunday and the GTS suddenly quit..I took a chance and called Brett on his cell, from the sound of things he was having dinner with his family. He was more than gracious in regards to my dilemma. Both he and his brother Rob talked me through the problem which turned out to be a loose spark plug wire! I re-attached the wire and was on my way again. Thanks Brett and Rob...Tammy I'm sorry for interrupting you dinner! Brett and Rob...great guys to do business with!! |

Free at last!
I've had my GT almost 3 years and I'll finally have a full season of riding ahead of me. I've had big problems with every Vespa dealer from the south coast to the north coast...and all around this town. The lies, inexperience, and dishonesty brought me very close to selling my GT altogether. But, these new guys at Vespa Cleveland are here to let you know they mean business. When Brett tells you he's going to fix your problems and have your scooter ready to pick up at a specific time, you can count on it. How refreshing. No other dealer has come close to the integrity and professionalism I've found with Vespa Cleveland. Thanks, guys! 'Luigi' looks beautiful, runs like a dream and I'm having a blast!!! |

Good place to buy a Vespa
Purchased a 2006 GT200 from Brett and can recommend his dealership for anyone interested in a Vespa/Piaggio. Did not feel any pressure to buy immediately and was impressed with his friendly manner, technical knowledge and the well maintained showroom and service area. No bad surprises after the purchase and delivery. Did consider the "other" dealer on the westside, but felt their knowledge and enthusiasm was not all that high for Vespa (as opposed to the other brands on display |
